These Terms govern your use of GOMiCAM, provided by CiRCUS HEaD LLC.
You may use GOMiCAM for lawful personal or commercial creative purposes. You are responsible for the media you create, import, share, or publish and for having the rights and permissions required for that media.
Paid features may be offered through monthly, annual, lifetime, or promotional purchase options. App Store purchases are billed and managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable purchase and subscription terms.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are $3.99 per month and do not include a free trial. Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and, unless canceled before the trial ends, automatically convert to the paid annual subscription price of $19.99 per year.
GOMiCAM Infinite is a one-time lifetime purchase for $29.99 and does not automatically renew. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable renewal price. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
GOMiCAM, its software, branding, interface, graphics, and original assets are owned by CiRCUS HEaD LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
We may update, change, add, or remove features as the app develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by law, GOMiCAM is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. CiRCUS HEaD LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
